Please Help Rhutul Beat Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

My dear brother Rhutul, who is just 35-years-old, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (DLBCL) in May 2018. This was a very devastating news for our family. He is a very kind and cheerful person and is forever ready to help others.
When he was a teenager, a bullying incident led to the damage of his kidneys and he had to go through a Kidney transplant in July 2008. As the standard protocol for an organ transplant, he was taking an immunosuppressant drug and 10 years later in May 2018, he started facing some severe abdominal pain.
His cancer was diagnosed through a series of scans. The lymph node biopsy revealed a very aggressive DLBCL. He had to go through 4 months of aggressive chemotherapy; however, he began to experience several complications due to his kidney transplant. The scan at the end of the treatment showed that the cancer was still there, and he only received a partial response.
He received 20 radiation therapies, which ended on Jan. 2019. Post radiation, a PET scan showed that the cancer had spread to the Liver. So, he had to go through another 6 weeks of high dose chemotherapy in Apr. 2019. After the completion this treatment, a PET scan showed new appearances of multiple nodes in the gastric areas.
Our final hope for treating him is a CAR-T therapy for which he has to travel to the USA. These treatments hold a significant risk, but this is our only choice.
The estimated cost for the treatment is $750,000. After all the treatments and without USA insurance, our financial ability to support him has substantially decreased. We turn to you to aid him financially so that he can continue fighting a terrible disease that is threatening his relationship with his beloved family, including two young daughters and a 3-year-old son. For the sake of justice to these children, his fight against cancer must be won. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
