Help My Sister’s Family Recover After a Devastating House Fire

While my sister, her husband, and their children were out of town recently, their home caught fire due to an electrical outlet in the kitchen. The fire tore through the kitchen, completely destroying it, and their living room was soaked and ruined by the water used to put the fire out. Every bedroom in the house has heavy smoke damage, and nearly all of their belongings have been lost.

They are heartbroken. This house wasn’t just walls and furniture—it was their home, filled with memories, laughter, and love. The kids lost their toys, clothes, and comfort items, and my sister and her husband are now trying to figure out how to pick up the pieces while comforting their children and navigating the unknown.

Thankfully, they are safe, but they are starting over from scratch. They didn’t have time to grab anything—no clothes, no basic essentials, no keepsakes.

I’m setting up this GoFundMe to help them begin the long road to recovery. Every dollar will go toward temporary housing, replacing essentials like clothing and food, and helping rebuild what was lost.
