Help Rhianna and Allen Through This Tragic Time

Hi! For those of you who don’t know I’m Adria Putnam, Rhianna’s mother.

I wanted to start this off by saying thank you, we want everyone to know that we don’t for one second take for granted one donation or show of support that Rhianna and Allen have received over the last few months.

I know Rhianna and Allen aren’t going to ask for help so I want to put this out there for those of you have asked what they could do for them on top of prayers. I would like to take some of the financial stress off of them while they are dealing with the loss of Axtyn, a brand new baby and three other children at home. They have expenses from the hospital stay, lost wages since Rhi has been off because of doctors orders since August. While there are many organizations that help with funeral expenses, but the entire cost and the other expenses associated with this loss aren’t fully covered.

Where the miracle they prayed so hard for turned into the worse nightmare of parents who have struggled with infertility and miscarriages.

During the first ultrasound with high risk her Doctor found a finding that alarmed him. Her heart instantly sank hearing “this is not compatible to life outside of the womb. Their little boy has anencephaly and his case was very severe. He has no chance of life outside the womb. Reality then hit them that they won’t get to bring him home. Their little girl was healthy and growing.

Their babies made their arrival early 10/23. What a special/emotional day and that they get to share a birthday with their nana (me).

They are perfect in every way.

Axtyn Aaron

Our little fighter.

Born at 827 AM on 10/23 weighing 3lb 7oz.

He was suppose to be baby A but in true Sis fashion she nudged him out of the way and came out first.

The most perfect boy. He passed peacefully in their arms about 9pm the day of his birth. He knew nothing but love, and was never short of a snuggle. He got to feed off mama, he had a wet diaper, followed their voices with his eyes, cooed at them, got skin to skin with both of them which helped regulate his little body- it was magical seeing their love warmth him they said. They did all the things they didn’t know if they would be able to do. Everything about him was perfect and their time with him wasn’t long enough.

Our hearts will always be missing a piece, and it’s not fair.

Evie Dale

This lady made her debut at 826 AM on 10/23 weighing 6lb 4oz.

She shocked us all and came popping out first nudging brother out of the way. She was even delivered in her sack- she was just too anxious to meet us!

She’s perfect in every way and she has no idea how much of a miracle she is to us.

She got to spend so much time with her brother, and the short time they got to bond on the outside was so special.

No parent should ever have to go through something like this. The family is going through unimaginable journey and it’s going to be one that is going to be a very tough, long, and hard and while they have a village that will wrap their arms around them, they are going to be met with unimaginable costs as they lay their baby boy, Axtyn to rest. If you have anything small or large to assist them in this trying time and find it in your soul to do so, please help them out. If all you have are your prayers, please lift them up and keep them in your heart and mind for the foreseeable future. Rest in peace sweet baby Axtyn.You will live on in our lives forever ❤️
