Help R'hia Manage Costs and Medical Needs

Hey everyone. First, thank you for so much as coming here- your time and consideration alone are vastly appreciated.

My name is R'hia (preferred name), or Abby in some of my gaming and other communities, living and paying the glorious Cost of Living of California.

TL;DR: Multiple medical issues, roommate rent issues, and vehicle repair issues have resulted in being on the edge of having less income than I have accruing debt. I am asking for an amount not to erase debt, but will put me in the green and be able to return to self-sustaining.

For some brief and transparent context, in February I consolidated my credit use down to one personal loan, locked down my cards and put anything that wasn't a debit card in the safe (I have 3 cards - General use for credit upkeep, oh-crap surprise expenses, and travel). Soon after, I find out my Grampap has had a cardiac event, I start making plans to visit him out-of-state. He has another one within a month, and I say screw it, I'm booking the PTO, and put about $350 airfare + baggage on the dedicated and hardly used travel-only card.

Murphy's law kicks in, and of course there's an immediate couple of auto costs- brakes and a dead battery that won't Frankenstein back to life within the month. Just over $600 right there. A traffic ticket I was fighting rules out partially in my favor (Red light camera, I stopped over the line late last year due to both weather conditions and, honestly- a rookie mistake; foot not fully on brake, slipped off and had to spend precious moments re-braking). During this time I'm still spending $50-100 every couple weeks on general grocery runs, etc. expenses and occasional fast food, which I cut back on after the ruling. Soon after, a roommate lugged a huge piece of furniture out to our dumpster at the complex I live in- fined a hefty chunk between 'improper disposal' and 'out of schedule bulky waste.' That's already pushing $1500 by late March. I limit spending further, cut memberships and the like, shop budget or a bit bulk wherever the choices make good sense. Shop with discounts or app deals, the usual, sell a couple things online, work on a side gig for a bit of scratch.

And then comes a medical problem. To share just enough info without getting notably graphic or icky- Gastro-intestinal issues have been happening for the last couple years, bit by bit, I thought maybe diet changes or somethin. In March, one oval throne visit I find red where nobody wants to find it. Going to Doc I end up getting a pretty quick appointment with a specialist. Copays are low enough- $30, then $50. Consult with GI Endo fella goes well enough, and I see the actual doc, co over things. Have a brief but unfun little check of things. Couple of tests ordered, get a scan done which I know is $200 by itself. Come to find out that the visit with the doc was not considered part of the consult and got dinged for that, another sample collection and test dinged me too, and suddenly I'm almost $500 deep on that too- and that's AFTER checking with insurance to see what's covered. Apparently, 'related procedures' not having an up-front partial only refers to things they refer to as surgical- so if I'm awake and getting a mildly invasive but generally surface level thing done? Boom, another charge for a specialist visit.

So just after taking out a personal loan at a good interest rate to consolidate and eliminate my credit-based debt, I've had my financial knees capped from under me. Throw all this together with a roommate who hasn't been able to meet their portion of rent for a good while upping my general monthly costs- my (more than norm) portion of rent, my car payment, my payment on said personal loan- then bills, utilities and more? I'm running numbers, and I'm right on that horrid verge of not being able to pay this debt down faster than it can accrue, and hells know what other nickels and dimes the insurance is about to come after me for, AND an increase of rent in June.

This GoFundMe exists because I cannot in good faith ask any one or multiple parties to loan me money right now, knowing I do not have financial means to reliably and consistently pay anyone back. I must unfortunately ask for voluntary donations for aid.

Thank you for your time, and for any assistance you may render- even simply sharing my situation with others is appreciated beyond belief.
