We’re reaching out with hopeful hearts as we try to raise money for something that could truly change our son’s life.
Our sweet boy, Rhett Alexander, is 7 years old and lives every single day with Type 1 Diabetes. Since his diagnosis at age 2, he has shown more strength, bravery, and resilience than most adults ever will. Even with insulin pumps, Dexcom sensors, and constant monitoring, diabetes never takes a break — especially for a growing, active little boy.
We are working toward raising funds for a diabetic service dog for Rhett. This incredible dog would be trained to detect dangerous blood sugar changes before alarms even sound, providing an extra layer of safety, independence, and peace of mind — especially at night and when Rhett is at school or playing.
A service dog would not only help keep Rhett safe, but would also give him confidence, comfort, and a best friend who’s always watching out for him.
Any donation, share, or word of encouragement means more than we can express. Thank you for helping us take one step closer to giving Rhett the support he deserves.
