HI everyone,
My name is Tamee Meyer. I have the privilege of calling Rhea Brown a long time friend. We all know her to be positive, easy going, a self-starter, an entrepreneur, funny, a kick ass mommy to Leena, and wonderful girlfriend to Steve. For me, and many of you, she's more than just a friend, she is family. As I told her 14 years ago, when she was my SUPER NANNY she is now and forever a part of me(like it or not!). As family members, we do what we can in times of crisis. Rhea needs us now, all of us. Rhea was recently diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma Situ or breast cancer. Rhea was vigilant in her preventive care after losing her mother and grandmother to breast cancer. Luckily the cancer was caught early enough that Rhea will make a full recovery. However, she will undergo a bilateral mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Unfortunately, Rhea will be unable to do her job while she heals. This is where we come into ease her mind and get her back behind the camera. Please help me and all of those who love her in supporting her during this very difficult time. I love you, Rhea and I miss your face!
