My name is Jennifer , and I am reaching out for help during the most difficult time of my life. Over the past few years, I have faced a series of devastating health challenges. I suffered five heart attacks and a stroke, which left me partially and severely blind. After these events, I was misdiagnosed with lupus and then with cancer. It was only after my fifth heart attack that I lost my sight and was finally diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease and heart failure. Now, I am on the transplant list for both a new heart and kidney, and I also need eye surgery to recover my vision.
The journey has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally. My Medicaid is not active due to my immigration status, which means I am unable to access the medical coverage I desperately need. The costs of my upcoming heart and kidney transplants, eye surgery, and daily living expenses while I recover are more than I can manage alone. I am unable to work until I regain my health, and every day is a struggle to make ends meet.
I am asking for your support—whether it is through a donation or simply sharing my story with others. Your kindness will help me cover the costs of my surgeries and living expenses until I am able to return to work. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. God bless you for any help you can provide, and please know that even a share can make a difference in my journey to recovery.
