help Rey recover his art business and community

This gofundme is for my dear Rey from Costa Rica. We were on our way home when we both got robbed of our entire photography and work equipment in the train. Rey has less opportunities than me and I am not able to support us financially to recover from the loss that helped us make a living.

Hola. My Name is Reyldel, I am a 21 years old native Costa Rican from the Limón province.

I have been working hard on living my passion of photography. Through connecting with locals and foreigners, and giving them the ability to immerse into the experience of Costa Rica with my photography and guided excursions, I have been able to support my family and also the Limon community and local businesses for the past 2 years.

On August 24, I lost all of my photography and work equipment in a train in Europe due to a robbery. Someone stole my bag with all cameras, lenses, laptop and equipment of years of hard work on purpose. I lost everything that I made my money with and cannot replace it at this stage of my life.

Through sharing my passion of art, I was able to support my family and limon community. As opportunities for me as a native boy coming from a low wage background are very limited, it will take years for me to afford all the equipment again which also means that I cannot support the people that are close to my heart any more.

I'm going to go through a very hard process in the coming months. But I'm not going to give up on my visions. I'm going to keep trying to recover financially and to buy what I need again. For me and all people around me that benefit from my art.
