Earlier this year, I had the honour of representing Great Britain at the European Championships in Czechia. I placed 5th overall, earned a bronze medal in the deadlift, and helped our U18 team secure 3rd place, bringing home three medals for both GB and my home country of Wales, which I’m incredibly proud to represent.

Thanks to that performance, I’ve been selected once again to represent Great Britain, this time on the world stage at the World Championships in San Jose, Costa Rica.

As one of the youngest athletes on the team at just 17, covering the costs of international competition is a significant challenge. Every donation will go directly towards funding my trip and giving me the opportunity to compete against the best in the world.
