Hi my names Rex and I am  a Transmasculine guy in need of Top Surgery. 

Currently the NHS gender identity clinic is failing to help Trans people in desperate need of gender affirming health care. If the GIC continues seeing patients at the rate it has been then the wait for a person's first appointment will be 26 years (no that's not a typo).

I have been fortunate enough to be able to afford the private health care payments needed for hormone replacement therapy but the cost for further surgery is astronomical for myself. And like many others I am having to turn to the community to ask for help funding this. 

I am 2 years on Testosterone and can no longer wait for the NHS to see me as I am truly struggling with the mental anguish from dysphoria around my chest.
