Help revive Kevin from Covid financial woes

Kevin was working steadily at a small hydrovacing construction company and very slowly renovating his place as a good paycheck to paycheck when covid-19/pneumonia blindsided and ransacked him physically. Doctors said he spent a week teetering on hypoxic oxygen levels, just hours or less from death and couldn't understand how emergency medical staff sent him home without an oxygen system to promote wellness. Multiple trips to personal care providers and emergency staff for expensive CT procedures quickly funneled Kevin's nest egg and financial savings into the healthcare system. Kevin still has a long way to go, but with regular oxygen therapy at his disposal this is assumed he will survive which was once a much more dismal outlook.
