Help Rev. Kidd fight Cancer
Donation protected
No Pastor chooses to retire from ministry due to their health. However that is the exact decision that Pastor Kidd has had to face this year.
For over 18 year he served as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Evergreen, Alabama while living in Pensacola, Florida. Now he must step down to fight a battle with lymphoma cancer. He has prayed and covered his congregation and served faithfully those around him and now he needs prayers and financial support from those in his community.
As of 7/5/2020 Pastor Kidd will no longer have his salary as a senior pastor. We are asking for financial support to help him and his wife Carol Kidd to take the pressure off the many hospital stays, medications and other needs that will come along with fighting this enemy that is cancer.
For any other question or how you can be of support please contact his son Karey Smith.
1 Timothy 5:17 - Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Let’s honor this man of God who has labored well with financial support for him and his family during this battle and show him he isn’t going into this fight alone.
