Help reunite Ukrainian family

A few weeks ago, my sister in Germany found herself accomodating a 13-year-old Ukrainian girl who had been separated from her family while fleeing the country after the Russian invasion. She was reunited with her mother a few days later. However, her younger sister is still in Switzerland, and this is where your help is required. The mother needs to hire international lawyers to get her child back and needs financial assistance.

Hi! My name is Yana Kravets, and I am a refugee from the war in my home country, Ukraine. I have two beautiful daughters, Elvira, 13 and Evelina, 8. Elvira and I are currently residing in Leipzig, Germany. I am asking for your help.

We are from the town of Oleksandriia in central Ukraine. When war broke out, my children were with my ex-husband and his wife. They left the country without my permission. In the context of the general mobilization of Ukrainian adult men, my ex-husband is not allowed to leave the country. He stayed in Ukraine, and his wife took my children across the border. She traveled via Poland into Germany and prohibited my children from contacting me. My older daughter began saying that she and her sister wanted to see their mother or call her. Because Elvira continued to protest, her stepmother left her behind at the train station in Munich, with a train ticket back to Poland, where she knew nobody. She was utterly alone, without water, food or money. While on the train, Elvira was able to contact me using Wifi (her smartphone has no SIM card). I am so grateful that I met two good, young German women on that day, Martina and Eva. Because of them, I was able yet again to embrace my daughter Elvira in Leipzig, Germany.

However, my younger daughter was taken to Switzerland by my ex-husband's wife. My daughter is subjected to physical and emotional abuse by this woman. My older daughter was able to make audio recordings of these abuses, which enabled us to involve the police both here and in Switzerland. We need to hire lawyers in three countries - Ukraine, Germany and Switzerland. This is costing me a lot of money which I do not have. I am a young, healthy woman and very ashamed to have to ask for money. I cannot even apply for work as the appointments to register as a refugee are all booked for weeks. I am begging you, help me, please!!!

Добрий день!Мене звати Кравець Яна,я біженка з України,маю двох неповнолітніх прекрасних донечок.Зараз знаходжусь у Німеччині.Благаю про допомогу!!!Коли в Україні почалась війна,мій колишній чоловік,зі своєю теперішньою дружиною,без мого дозволу,вивезли дітей з території України,у зв'зку з війною,батька дітей не випустили,він лишився в Україні,а його дружина,забрала моїх дітей,та переховувала їх,у Польщі та Німеччині,дітям забороняла повідомити де вони знаходяться,моя старша донька якій 13 років,стала говорити,що вони з сестрою хочуть до мами,що хочуть поговорити хоча б по телефону,за те що дитина протестувала,жінка яка викрала моїх дітей,залишила мою старшу доньку на вокзалі у Мюнхені, залишила саму,без води, без їжі у чужій країні.Дякувати Богу,що мені зустрілися добрі люди,а саме дві дівчини,німкені Єва та Мартіна, вони забрали мою дитину до себе,поки я приїхала до Німеччини,за що я їм дуже вдячна!Але дружина мого колишнього чоловіка,вивезла молодшу дочку до Швейцарії,ця жінка б'є та принижує дитинув мене немає ніякого зв'язку з нею,я звернулася до поліції,але вже більше трьох тижнів,я не не знаю як моя дитина і що з нею.Тепер потрібна допомога юристів у трьох країнах,а саме в Україні,Німеччині та Швейцарії,це коштує для мене дуже великих грошей,яких я не маю.Я прошу усіх не байдужих людей допомогти мені фінансово,хто скільки зможе,я дуже хочу забрати своїх діточок, щоб вони були поряд зі мною,щоб скінчився цей кошмар,так як у дітей великий стрес,і їм найкраще та спокійніше бути з мамою.Я молода здорова жінка,мені дуже соромно просити гроші,але зараз я не можу поки що навіть влаштуватися на роботу,так як не зареєстрована, та не маю дозволу на працевлаштування,через великі черги українців,на реєстрацію.Я Вас благаю,допоможіть мені будь ласка!!!
