Hello everyone,
My name is Wendy, and I was asked by Antonio Juarez’s oldest son to help create this GoFundMe page on behalf of their family.
Early this morning, Antonio Juarez was detained by ICE in front of his home in Oxnard, CA, while he was on his way to work along with his brother. Officers had been patrolling the area and stopped them as they were getting into their truck. Both men were taken suddenly, leaving their family heartbroken and uncertain about what will happen next.
Antonio is a loving father and husband who has lived and worked in this community for many years. He has always been known for his kindness, strong work ethic, and dedication to providing for his children. Like so many immigrant parents, he worked tirelessly to give his kids a better future.
What makes this situation even more devastating is that his wife, Yolanda Vasquez, was also detained earlier this year. On July 10, 2025, Yolanda was one of the hundreds of workers detained at Glasshouse in Camarillo, CA. She had been working there for about four years when ICE agents broke into the building, giving her nowhere to escape. She was taken to a detention center in Los Angeles and later transferred to Texas, where she remains detained today.
Yolanda and Antonio’s three children — ages 16, 10, and 4 — are now without both of their parents. Their oldest son, who has medical needs including epilepsy, asthma, and auditory challenges, is especially struggling without his parents’ care and stability.
Both Yolanda and Antonio have no criminal record and have been dedicated to their family and community. They deserve the chance to be represented fairly and to fight for their right to stay together.
We are asking for help to cover legal fees, family support, and basic living expenses for the children while loved ones work tirelessly to reunite this family. Any amount helps — whether it’s a donation, sharing this page, or keeping them in your prayers.
Thank you so much for standing with the Juarez Vasquez family during this heartbreaking time. Your support and solidarity mean more than words can express.
