Hello, my name is Jeanine and on December 2nd, our family’s world was shattered when my brother-in-law, Pedro, was suddenly detained by ICE. In an instant, a loving husband, dedicated father, and the sole provider for his family was taken from the people who depend on him every single day. His wife and their four children — ages 17, 12, 8, and just 2 years old— are now facing a heartbreaking reality as they fight to bring him home.

He is a law-abiding, hardworking family man whose life has been built on faith, responsibility, and love. As an active member of his church, he has always shown generosity, compassion, and service to others. Now, he is the one who urgently needs support.

The most immediate and overwhelming challenge is the cost of the legal representation required to fight his case. These legal fees are substantial and they are critical — they are his family’s best hope of reuniting with him and securing his future in this country.

At the same time, with the backbone of their household gone, his wife and children are struggling to stay afloat.
