Hey everyone, on Monday morning, October 5th, I got a call that my parents were picked up by ICE. It was devastating news to wake up to, and the hardest part was telling my younger siblings that our parents wouldn’t be coming home. My mom and dad are hardworking, law-abiding people with clean records, and we’re convinced they were profiled. We’ve started this fundraiser to help cover legal fees for my parents, Noelia Bautista and Cipriano Lopez, and to support us kids while we take over their responsibilities.
