Help Bring José Home – Detained by ICE

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are reaching out during one of the most difficult times for our family. José, a beloved and hardworking family man, has been detained by Immigration (ICE) after a traffic stop. Although the officer initially said the tent on their car was legal and only intended to issue a warning, he later contacted ICE. Four unmarked vehicles arrived, and José was taken into custody while his family—especially the children—witnessed the traumatic event. Their kids, Gio and Lani were crying and screaming as they witnessed their father being taken.His wife suffered a panic attack during the ordeal but was told she could leave because of the children. Our family is now facing significant legal and immigration-related expenses and is asking for donations or support to help bring José home. We are doing everything we can to bring him home safely and swiftly, but the legal and immigration expenses are overwhelming.

José is a kind, hardworking, and loving member of our family. He deserves to be home with his family, not facing this alone. His bond hearing is Wednesday August 20th, so any small or big donation or even a share is really appreciated. All donations will go towards legal fees & his bond.
