Hello my name is Elizabeth 'Liizz" I am writting to everyone to see if you someone can help my Father, He was detained by I do not know since they did not provide any information, they did not had a warrant or nothing they just followed me and my father home he did not fleed the scene he was at our house and with no warrant or nothing they came in to our home (garage) and grabbed him like he was the worst criminal. they grab him from the neck until they put him on the floor, He got recently diagnosed with Diabetes and he needs to get further exams, while on the scene he was feeling bad, also they assaulted my 15 year old brother, one of the officers was on top of him all the time and got handcuff, a MINOR he is a us citizen and i did told them but it seemed they do not care about anything I was telling him, Our mother, my father wife is in mexico which I am left alone with my little brother and my 4 kids, My Father is a nice man, He has always work for his family, His a great worker, friend and human, he is well loved by other people friends and family, He is the best man, he came here with a purpose to feed his family but overstayed because his father (us citizen) got super sick with diabetes, and my father was his caregiver, he would take care of him clean him and everything so he did not wanted to live him alone here, yes my Grandfather passed away but he still had us!
My grandfather did a petition for him so he did try to get his status fixed but since my father passed away its been more difficult, we are trying to not get separated because he does not deserve this, he needs an opportunity for being a good human.

No tenían una orden judicial ni nada; simplemente nos siguieron a mi padre y a mí hasta casa. Él no huyó del lugar, estaba en nuestra casa y, sin orden judicial ni nada, entraron a nuestra casa (garaje) y lo agarraron como si fuera el peor criminal. Lo agarraron del cuello hasta que lo tiraron al suelo. Recientemente le diagnosticaron diabetes y necesita hacerse más exámenes. Mientras estaba en el lugar, se sentía mal. También agredieron a mi hermano de 15 años; uno de los oficiales estuvo encima de él todo el tiempo y lo esposó. Es menor de edad, es ciudadano estadounidense y se lo dije, pero parecía que no les importaba nada de lo que les decía. Nuestra madre, la esposa de mi padre, está en México, y me quedé sola con mi hermano pequeño y mis cuatro hijos. Mi padre es un buen hombre. Siempre ha trabajado para su familia. Es un gran trabajador, amigo y persona. Es muy querido por los demás. Familiares y amigos, él es el mejor hombre. Vino aquí con el propósito de mantener a su familia, pero se quedó más tiempo del previsto porque su padre (ciudadano estadounidense) enfermó gravemente de diabetes. Mi padre era su cuidador; se encargaba de él, lo aseaba y todo lo demás, así que no quería dejarlo solo aquí. Sí, mi abuelo falleció, ¡pero aún nos tiene a nosotros!
Mi abuelo presentó una solicitud para que regularizara su situación, pero desde que mi padre falleció, ha sido más difícil. Estamos tratando de no separarnos porque él no se merece esto; necesita una oportunidad para ser una buena persona.
