We are raising funds to support Dulce Prieto Rodriguez, a beloved mother and community member here in Las Vegas who was recently detained by ICE.

Dulce has no criminal history and is currently being held due to a visa overstay. She has been a dedicated mother, raising her children with strong values and stability.

Her family is now facing unexpected legal expenses, including attorney fees and a potential bond, in order to fight for her release and keep her with her loved ones.

Her daughter is currently finishing high school in Clark County and preparing to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During this important time, her mother’s presence and support are more important than ever.

• Immigration attorney fees

• Bond costs

• Family support during this difficult time

**Update as of April 24, 2026

Dulce’s next court hearing is now scheduled for Wednesday, April 29th in the morning. We are hoping to have more answers that day and are praying she will be granted bond.

If bond is granted, her family will need to act quickly. This includes covering bond (bail) costs as well as travel expenses to California to bring her home, since she is currently being held out of state.

We are trying to prepare ahead of time so there are no delays in getting her back to her family the moment she is released.
