Help Reunite Claudia and Ahmed

Please help reunite this amazing family.

Claudia and Ahmed met and fell in love when he was a Ph.D. student in Chemistry at the University of Maine and she was working to support underrepresented students at the University of Maine, Farmington. They married in June 2021 under the pine trees in Orono, Maine. A few months later, Ahmed was required to return to Iraq due to the expiration of his student visa. They have been forced ever since to live apart, only seeing each other for a few weeks at a time. Due to the governmental restrictions on Muslim-majority countries, getting a new visa has increased hurdles which make hiring a lawyer necessary. Those of us who know Claudia know that she absolutely loves Ahmed and living apart has been extremely rough for her. Any donation would be greatly appreciated to help this couple reunite.
