Our life is fucked. Help us unfuck it, get our kids back, and turn all this real-life drama into a tv drama!
We are a modern gypsy family, lgbt, super open and free and we raise our two young kids that way. We raise them to discover who they are themselves, not who society tells them to be. Our way of life and beliefs have been used to legally separate us from our children under the false reasoning that we are unfit and irresponsible parents, and the charge has been led by the grandparents.
Ways our life is so fucked:
- lost parental rights (unjustly)
- lost all money and jobs
- rv broke
- car died
- family betrayed us and threw us out into homelessness

#1 goal. 5,000$ for a used RV (essential to get the kids back in court)
Help us reach our goal of 5,000$ to get an RV and show the courts that we can provide the kids a home and transportation to get them back. We want to move to Cali and write the happy ending as a family to this real life drama for our tv pitch Starseeds; a fantastical family story that shows society the depths it's descended and the heights it can soar to through the eyes of two real-life gypsy souls travelling in a beat up camper through America- that's us! We are both radiant professional creatives with network contacts who can make this expose on american poverty and the world-wide surge of modern spirituality something real and beautiful and raw that you can watch with your own family soon!
#2 stretch goal. 7,000$ (5,000+2,000) for monetary costs so far, and basically to help us get back on our feet and restart our careers.
Costs so far this debacle has cost us ranges from:
-time apart with the kids, raising them
- the mental space to restart our careers. We've both lost revenue and jobs due to the severe mental anguish, as well as all the supports in our lives falling out at once. It almost broke us.
- travel expenses, we had to drop our lives when we heard about the court case (sprung on us). we drove and bused across the country to get back- basically moved.
- homelessness is very expensive- youd be surprised. no way to travel to shop around, only eating out because you cant cook, a motel room for a bath, a uhaul to move the camper every week to keep it from getting seized. omg and uber! uber and uhaul was half my paycheck.
This stretch goal will get applied to gas, food, and our careers so we can begin to dig ourselves out of this mess.
