Our friends, who shall remain anonymous due to the nature of their legal battle, find themselves in a situation where they are fighting for their 3 younger children who were unjustly removed from their care after false allegations were made against them. Their children are 8 and under, with a newborn on the way. The three children were taken into custody by the County two days before Christmas (and after they were given hope this case would not proceed to court). The children were not prepared for this horrible separation and spent 6 days with no contact with their parents or relatives over the Christmas and New Years break. The parents are faithfully following all Court orders and regulations to be reunited with their children and prove their case. Both parents have had to retain separate attorneys, causing a lot of financial strain. They are humbly asking for any contributions to help them with ongoing legal fees to be properly represented in court. Due to the nature of the case, no details can be shared, but I personally know this family and have seen the devastation this situation has caused first hand.
