Help Retrieve Cousin Ryan's Ashes

My name is Adam Hewett. I recently learned that my cousin, Ryan Olp, had passed away in February. Due to circumstances as I understand them, he was unidentified for a couple of months, and his body was turned over to the county and cremated.

In order to retrieve his ashes and give him a proper burial, I need to pay the county $1,000. We already have a plot arranged, and the last thing is to obtain a marker for him, which is estimated to be about $350, but for now, the most important thing is to return him to us.
