Help retired vet pay for wife longterm care

She's at Cornetstone longterm rehab facility,  she's been in a coma for over a month now stemming from massive stroke and cardiac arrest.  I have to pay the facility what Medicare doesn't pay. We have 8 children together,  I'm paying all our Bills alone cause shes unable to work anymore , I'm behind on her car notes and trying too feed our kids and 3 grand kids by myself and I just need a little help to catch up.
