Keep Our DLI Teachers in Uintah Schools!

Our community takes pride in providing high-quality education, and the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program has been an incredible asset for our children. This program helps students become bilingual, culturally aware, and better prepared for future opportunities.

Unfortunately, despite recognizing the importance of retaining experienced and highly trained DLI teachers, the school district and board members have decided not to allocate funding to cover the necessary costs to keep them in our schools. However, they have agreed to accept privately raised funds to ensure our teachers can continue to serve our students.

How You Can Help

As a group of dedicated parents and community supporters, we are stepping up to raise the necessary funds to ensure our valued DLI teachers remain in Uintah School District.

100% of donations will go directly to the Uintah School District and be placed in a designated DLI fund.

Funds will be used first for teacher retention. Our primary goal is $7520 and a secondary goal is $13,130 and any remaining funds will go toward classroom supplies to support the DLI program.
