As many of you know, my husband Charlie passed away last year. He was an incredible husband, and I miss him every single day. What I hoped would be a time to grieve and slowly heal turned into something I never expected, a serious financial struggle. The retirement we had planned didn’t work out the way we thought it would, and at 72 years old, I found myself starting a new full time job just last week. While I am grateful to be working, it still isn’t quite enough to cover everything. To make things even harder, my heating unit has just gone out, and the cost to replace it is more than I can manage right now.
If Charlie touched your life in any way, or if you’re able to help in any amount, I would be so grateful. Even sharing this means more than you know. Wishing you all a wonderful 2026, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
