Help Resurrect The Mad Cow

I know it's a lofty goal, but allow me to explain...

Firstly, and most importantly, I'm on the verge of losing my home. I absolutely need to raise $1k by the end of the weekend or I will literally become homeless.

Secondly, ever since I closed the store, all I can think of is that I can't allow this to end. I strongly believe in the mission of The Mad Cow. Just to clarify, we mostly focus on vintage pop culture. That means working hard to keep cool old stuff out of the landfill, restoring it and giving it another chance of a new life.

Thirdly, and also as important, is that The Mad Cow is my whole life. I know it is personal and a bit selfish, but getting to know and become friends with my customers, neighbors, shop owners, students, and downtown workers has meant the world to me.

Now, allow me to explain the admittedly large sum to bring The Mad Cow back to life. A storefront in Oberlin is extremely expensive, but I really want to remain in my hometown. I love, and want to continue to be a part of this community. It is incredibly expensive to start or restart a business. I went into this with no money and a less than desirable location, yet it still lasted for many years. If I have proper funding, I believe this venture can prosper, and contribute to this community.
