Help Restore a Home That Has Always Welcomed Everyone

This GoFundMe campaign was brought to us by our dear, long-time friends, Randy and Angie Lovato, following the recent fire at our family home in Jemez Pueblo. We, as a family, agreed to the idea and extend our deepest, most sincere gratitude to the Lovato’s for their compassionate support and efforts in helping us set this up.

The Yepa family has upheld the traditions of the Jemez Pueblo for generations, both on and off the Pueblo.

Recently in November 2025, their late parents’, Juan and Vicentita Yepa, home—long a place of warmth, belonging, and generosity—suffered a devastating house fire. It has been a home where countless visitors have been fed, comforted, and reminded of the strength of community. Their doors are always open, offering kindness not only to those from their Pueblo but to anyone who needed a place to feel welcomed.

The fire left the roof severely damaged, leaving parts of the house unusable and openly exposed. With winter approaching, repairs have become urgent and immediate.

This is a family that has spent a lifetime giving to others without ever asking for anything in return. For more than 40 years, my Nina and Nino, Angelina and Randy, have cherished their friendship with the entire family. Now, it’s our turn to give back and help restore the home that has given so much to so many.

We are asking for your support to help repair their roof as quickly as possible. The damage is significant, and the need is immediate—but together, we can bring safety, warmth, and hope back to their home.
