Hello everyone, my name is Ashley. I’m reaching out with hope and gratitude to ask for your support for my grandmother and our family in Jamaica.

My grandmother is an incredible woman… kind, generous, and strong. But right now, she and several of our family members are facing a situation no one should have to endure.

Recently, our homes were severely damaged by Hurricane Melissa. The damage has left my grandmother’s home, along with others in our family, unsafe and unlivable. At her age, she needs comfort, stability, and care. Not the stress and uncertainty she’s experiencing right now.

She has always been the heart of our family, the one who cared for everyone else. Now it’s our turn to care for her.

We’re doing everything we can, but the cost of repairs, temporary living arrangements, and medical assistance is far more than our family can manage alone.
