On June 28, 2024, Highland Creek MedSpa (HLC MedSpa) fell victim to a devastating arson attack for the second time.

The first attack occurred on September 7, 2023, and despite the efforts of the police, no leads emerged to catch the culprits. We poured our hearts into rebuilding and finally reopened our doors on May 25, 2024. Heartbreakingly, less than a month later, the arsonists struck again.

The attacks were eerily similar: the glass door shattered, gasoline poured throughout the spa, and everything set ablaze. The arsonists didn't steal anything, not even the high-value equipment, money, or products.

After the first attack, our insurance providers delayed monetary assistance until March 2024, and even then, they didn't cover all our losses. Now, after the second attack, they have voided our claim entirely, leaving us with nothing.

Highland Creek MedSpa has been a beloved oasis for skin, body, and beauty treatments in the Highland Creek community of Toronto, Ontario, since 2011. We've proudly offered services like medical-grade facials, body treatments, massages, laser hair removal, and cosmetic injections without any issues until these recent tragic events.

We are now organizing this fundraiser to raise the funds needed to pay off the remaining loans on equipment purchased after the first attack, and embark on a new journey. Please help us restore our sanctuary and continue serving our community.
