Help Restore Ringfinnan Garden of Remembrance

Hi, I am Gerard Amitrano. I am a retired FDNY Firefighter. I am raising funds to help with the upcoming event we have planned on 9/11/2025

at the Ringfinnan Garden of Remembrance. Last October myself and members of the Carolina Retirees Association brought over a WTC piece of steel to the garden. This steel is a gift to the Murphy Family and also to Kathleen Murphy who started this garden in November of 2001. It is located in Kinsale, Ireland and is a dedication to 343 firefighters who lost their lives in the 911 terrorist attacks. Kathleen planted 343 trees with every firefighter’s name on a plaque honoring them forever. The Murphy family has asked us back to the garden for the unveiling of the WTC steel and plaque dedication. The money I raise here will go towards the upkeep of the garden. Recently they lost a number of the trees which need to be replaced. Any donation will be much appreciated. Please share…
