After COVID, I lost my electric power because I couldn't afford the bill. The only reason I'm asking for help is because, when I was 20, I had a child. When she was three, her mother and I parted ways, and we lost touch. Now, she's 38 years old, and we don't know each other. A couple of weeks ago, I started praying that somehow, someway, we would find each other. God does answer prayers—a week ago, she called and asked if she could come home. I said yes.

But to make my home safe and welcoming for her, I need to restore power. Everything in my house is electric—well water, fridge, hot water heater, lights, and stove. I live in the mountains, so electricity is essential for daily life. Without it, I can't provide the basic comforts she needs to feel at home and want to stay for the next 38 years.
