I'm taking a leap of faith and reaching out for help, despite my personal reservations, because my family's well-being is at stake. My dad is courageously battling congestive heart failure, cancer, and numerous other health challenges. He's facing high-risk surgery this month, and our power has been off since October 23rd. Unfortunately, we've fallen behind on our bill due to frequent trips to LA for his medical appointments, but we urgently need to restore power to support his life-sustaining Cpap machine. Despite multiple calls to PG&E, we've hit a roadblock until the outstanding amount is paid. We've applied for local assistance programs and are eagerly awaiting approval. If anyone can offer a helping hand during this difficult time, we'll be eternally grateful
