We have been in business for 34 years since May 1991. We are family owned, Veteran run business. We are the only used bookstore, brick and mortar here in the Permian Basin. Last Spring when it rained, we had a roof leak. We contacted who we thought was a reputable roofing company on Angie’s List. When they came out to do our roof, everything was fine until the next rainstorm. The roof leaked worse and our store was flooded and we lost merchandise. We contacted the company, they did try to explain what the cause could be…This went on for weeks. We got a ladder and went up on the roof. The roof was not flat anymore, but it had raised ridges, bubbles gaps and seams coming up and our ceiling is damaged. Since this has happened we have had no reply from the owners of the company. We did contact Angie’s List and this was their response

“We regret having reached an impasse in facilitating a resolution between you and the pro, we encourage you to pursue the provider through avenues available to you locally. We value your feedback as we continually strive to improve the strength of our platform and hope you can find resolution with the provider in this matter.”

We are asking for everyone’s help in getting this fixed. We have run out of options and need your help to repair the leaking roof
