Hi everybody, my husband and I need a little bit of help. Our condo flooded from a storm and a damaged wall and porch roof on June 26th. We have insurance, but we fear it is not going to be nearly enough. Our community was built in 1972 to 1973, so when the water came pouring in, it was bad. Then the insurance had our condo tested for mold and asbestos. It came back positive for asbestos. We have been living in an extended stay hotel since the flood. We need help!!! Between the housing cost and the cost of the abatement, we only have about $30,000 left in insurance coverage. MY WHOLE DOWNSTAIRS WAS COMPLETELY GUTTED. We still have to pull out the floor and replace it too.... Anything you can do would help tremendously! We just want our home back.
