Help Steve Corcoran Beat Melanoma!

Timing is critical — the need for alternative treatment is now. Thank you for reading my story...April 2021...Medical Update:

It is with a heavy heart that I have news to report,  regarding my fight with Melanoma cancer. 2 months ago, I returned from treatments at CHIPSA hospital in Mexico. During my 3 week stay at CHIPSA, we achieved 90% removal of melanoma cancer throughout my body. After my last pet scan on April 5th-the remaining 10% show to have grown an alarming 22.5% in two months time (ie 10 going to 22.5 growth in cancer tumor mass).

The 3 pet scans that are gauging growth and/or success of treatments are from Nov 23rd, Feb 3rd and April 5th. As you can see by the Feb 3rd scan—after my 3 weeks at CHIPSA—it more than appears I have found a cancer treatment that works for me with even remarkable results.

My melanoma cancer is a “renegade”— meaning growing very quickly as you can see by the scans. This is why it is crucial for me to return to Mexico, as soon as possible.

The other crucial component about melanoma and getting to recovery is that if you are lucky enough to find a treatment that works for you — you must take the cancer to 100% remission. I was gratefully able to achieve 90%, but that is why the cancer grew. Without reaching 100% remission and killing it— the cancer will continue to grow.

Thanks to your generosity, I have $10K remaining from this initial GoFundMe launch. I am currently in the process of liquidating my assets/property but will need cash immediately to begin treatment in Mexico ASAP. The mainstream treatments that I was taking as recommended by my Tucson doctors — are no longer covered by my insurance. The only medical treatment now available to me is in Mexico. My team of doctors, in Mexico recommend an aggressive 6 week treatment. I need to raise an additional $32K immediately to save my life.

Thank you again for raising awareness by sharing my story; sending prayers and by raising a generous amount of funds for medical treatment. I, thank you.

The next steps in my journey to 100% melanoma cancer remission and recovery—will not be accomplished without your help!

Thank you again. Forever grateful!

December 2020
An anonymous family member has generously offered a matching funds effort, up to $20,000 — with your donation and the matched donations by the anonymous donor, I will be within striking distance of raising the funds to go to CHIPSA
treatment center. With this renewed hope, I humbly ask that you donate any amount — your $10 becomes $20, your $25 becomes $50, your $100 becomes $200. Thank you for your consideration, your donation and sharing my story.

Melanoma: My Story
To say that 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone is putting it mildly. To be immuno-compromised during a pandemic, is a challenge within a challenge. To be diagnosed with Melanoma Cancer Stage 3b on a random Thursday afternoon in May 2019 — this will change your life — and the challenges will have just begun.

This is my story. I hope no one experiences the bizarre renegade cancer that Melanoma has proven itself to be. The challenge is NOT only having cancer in today's world, but also all the medical and financial bureaucracy that surrounds
illness. The frustration of an incredibly upside-down medical care system and the hundreds of thousands of dollars that have been already been spent from the May 2019 diagnosis to date has cost over $1,000,000 in medical care – and then to be told by your team of specialists, "no cure, 1 more set of toxic pills to try; nothing else has worked. 19 months later now...Melanoma Cancer Stage 4."

My 19 month melanoma timeline:
May 2019: diagnosed  with melanoma cancer stage 3b
Aug 2019: 1st operation (2 lymph node removed; 3 tumors removed)
Sept 2019: 12 Pembrolizumab (Keytruda)  infusion—cost of $27,000 per infusion every 3 weeks, 18 total $500K
Jan 2020: port installed due to veins failing
Mar 2020: colonoscopy
April 2020: upper gastrointestinal endoscopy
June 2020 relapse: 2 tumors found
Aug 2020: 2nd operation (11 lymph nodes removed; 3 tumors removed)
Sept 2020: Ipilimumab (Yervoy) 3 Infusion
3 pet scan, 3 mri, 1 cat scan, countless labs, 6 covid tests
3 yorvier infusion
Oct 2020:
20 radiation treatments; 3 weeks recovery due to severe side effects due to radiation recall inflammation from treatment

Current status: melanoma cancer stage 4 — cancer has spread to spine, liver, kidney and bone

I am sharing my story because I need your help. I will begin by sharing the treatment plan the last 19 months, then the alternative treatment plan and where I need to be financially, physically and spiritually. Where I need to be:
