- About 15 years ago, I experienced a life-changing injury and lost the tip of my nose. This has affected me both physically and emotionally, and I've spent years trying to adjust and move forward. It's been extremely difficult going anywhere public—for example, taking the bus and seeing kids and adults make jokes about the way I look. While I've done my best to stay positive, the impact on my confidence and daily life has been significant. Simple things like going out in public or meeting new people have become much harder, and I often feel self-conscious about my appearance. It's been very tough having people stare at me and seeing them talk about me because of the way I look, which makes everyday life even more challenging. It would mean so much to be able to have engagements with other people and not feel embarrassed.
Now, I'm seeking medical treatment and plastic surgery to restore my nose. This procedure will help me regain my sense of self and improve my quality of life. It's not just about appearance—it's about feeling comfortable in my own skin and being able to participate fully in life again. The costs are more than I can manage alone, so I'm reaching out for support from my community.
Any help means the world to me, and I'd be grateful for anything you can do. Your support will bring me closer to healing
