A little backstory for those who don’t know me. For over a year, I haven’t been able to do most of what I enjoy because of severe pain from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. After breaking my foot, I had unexplained extreme pain and received the diagnosis of CRPS. Despite medications and physical therapy, the pain has gotten more severe and started to spread up my leg. I have tried to get into Mayo but they wouldn’t do anything different than my current pain doctor. When I asked my doctor about the prognosis, she said this is forever and that I needed to adjust my life and expectations.

I spend most days unable to complete a task because I need to sit every 15 minutes. I no longer can run, cook, bake, spend time with my kids, hike, and countless other activities because of pain. I rarely leave my home because I get too tired from trying to walk. I miss my life and don’t accept that there isn’t a better solution.

This is why I started to do my own research and try to find a better option. For many years now, Italy has been doing Neridronate infusions to treat CRPS with amazing success. This in combination with other treatments will help strengthen the affected area as well as the nervous system. This is a promising treatment and I’m asking for help in getting treatment so I can get my life back.
