For the past few years, Empire Combat Academy has been more than just a gym—it has been a home for wrestlers across the Rio Grande Valley. With open doors and open hearts, Empire has provided free wrestling training and competitive opportunities to all kids, regardless of financial circumstances. They have sponsored underprivileged youth and offered two years of completely free training to ensure that no child is left behind due to financial hardship.

Empire has always been there for the community, even welcoming Coach Domanski and the many young athletes he had been training from multiple schools. Not only do they provide free wrestling training, but they also allow wrestlers to train in jiu-jitsu at no cost, giving young athletes access to even more opportunities for growth and development.

Now, they need our help.

The recent flood has left Empire devastated, destroying wrestling mats and training space—the very foundation of what makes this gym a sanctuary for so many. We are rallying together to replace the mats and restore this vital space so that Empire can continue providing top-level training and mentorship to the next generation of wrestlers.
