Crystal and Billy Chandler are two of the most giving, hardworking, and selfless people you'll ever meet. They’ve spent their lives making the world around them better, giving without hesitation, and now they need our help.

Crystal, known to many as Mrs. Claus, brought joy to countless children every holiday season with her warmth and generosity. She’s also a hero to the countless cats and dogs she’s rescued, always offering a home and a meal to any animal in need.

Billy worked for Marvel and the MCU for the last 10ish years of his career, but before that, he served our country in the US Navy and volunteered as a firefighter in his youth. He’s always been there for his community. His heart for service reaches far and wide, touching lives in Roberta, Crawford County, and Steinhatchee, where he’s volunteered with local schools and organizations. Recently, Billy has been spending countless hours using his tractor to clear spaces for a new youth sports area in Steinhatchee—a tractor that may now be a complete loss due to the hurricane.

This home was their retirement dream, a place they had worked tirelessly for. But the recent hurricane took it all—everything they had, including Billy’s tools, their household appliances, and now potentially his tractor. Now, they face the unimaginable task of starting over.
