Help Restore Belongings Lost in Fire

Hi there! We are asking for help for my mother of 4, to restore her belongings as they were lost in this fire unfortunately. The fire happened on March 15th at 11pm in Suitland PG. The fire started from the bottom floor and worked it's way up, taking most of her room as she lived on the 3rd floor. No fire alarm went off in her apartment. Anything you send would help my mother and would be much appreciated.
