Help Restore a Teacher's Damaged Home

On June 30, 2024, I was hit with a major unexpected obstacle - my tenants destroyed my first property that I have ever owned. They failed to tell me that they were living with rats for about 2 years out of the 4 years they were at my property. Due to their negligence, they left my home damaged with no remorse. From the destroyed bathroom to infestation, the cost to repair keeps rising.

As a teacher and single parent, this wasn't a cost that I expected. My goal was to have them move out and I was going to move back into my home. There is no way for me to live in my own home until I get those issues fixed underneath my home and behind the walls.
