Help Restore a Smile: Support Needed for Dental Implants

Hi all! I was born without two of my adult teeth. My lateral incisors (the two right on the outside of my front teeth). I have had a sort of retainer with fake ones since I was out of braces but unfortunately I have hit a point where my only option is implants which have been estimated at $8,000 and are not covered by insurance. I was born without the bone in those spaces as well which meant that on June 5th I had a bone graft which was not covered by insurance.

This winter I will be getting oral surgery to get the implants and then a few months after will need to buy the crowns estimated to be about $4,000. I'm scrambling to attempt to save as much as I can between now and then, but any support would be extremely helpful, and would ease financial stress.
