Help Restore a Passionate Artist's Smile (Dental Emergency!)

Hello! I'm Aubrey Snow, I am a freelance artist that struggles with unmedicated depression and a whole slew of other mental illnesses. Due to my struggles with mental health, it's difficult for me to maintain a regular schedule, which unfortunately includes tending to my oral hygiene. I have been dealing with mounting tooth aches for about 2 years now without seeing a dentist because I have simply been too busy funneling all the money I make into things I've deemed more important, like rent, groceries and vet bills. It is to a point now where the pain is so severe that I can no longer work on my art comfortably, and a big reason I haven't been able to find motivation between depressive episodes stems from having too many medical issues to address at once, it is all just too overwhelming that I don't even know where to start, so I just end up doing nothing... I have been doing nothing for far too long.

So, with some help, I hope to be able to get my teeth looked at and put a stop to all the pain I've been dealing with for the last 2 years before it gets any worse. For now I will only ask for $2500, because I have at least 5 cavities and one molar that has a chunk missing, and I am sure the final price I'll need to get it all looked at will be much higher, especially if I need a root canal or 2... If that is the case I will adjust the goal accordingly, but for the time being, I just need some help getting it going.

I have one tooth that is missing a sizable chunk, I have a tooth that is so cracked and chipped that it feels like it's going to shatter any day now... I have had 2 molars shatter before, one was so bad that there was no saving it so I now just have a missing molar on the bottom right and I am trying to avoid losing anymore...!
