Help Restore a Local Treasure After the Storm!

Hello, my name is Margie Knight, I own a home in an area that was hit one of the hardest. I’m grateful that our own home was spared from any great damage. Unfortunately, my good friends Dave & Jen were not as lucky and have lost their livelihood. Their restaurant, Carolina Barbecue in Newland, NC, 500 Pineola Street, 28657, was hit hard and flooded during Hurricane Helene. They are attempting to restore their restaurant with friends because it’s all that the family has; however we’re unable to. Unfortunately, Luke all of us, they have been hit hard by the recession and have insufficient savings to completely restore it. They are in need of supplies & laborers. They have always been so giving to the community and are always offering meals to those less fortunate or volunteering at the church every Sunday.
