Help restore my flooded NC Mtn home- HELP ME GET HOME!

Hurricane Helene flooded my home in the mountains of NC on 9/27/2024.

My home has now been gutted and I am displaced, living in an RV. I am told it could take 6-12 months for me to return to my home of 22 years. I am one of the fortunate ones that had flood insurance. However, flood insurance depreciates the value of the home and its contents. My furniture is completely gone. I am also told it will take substantial work to clear the mud and debris from my lot as well as install underground pipes to drain the remainder of the standing water. Insurance somewhat covers the structure and some of the contents, but the grading to the lot is not covered.

There is a $56,000 gap between what the insurance payout will be and the actual cost of the restoration. I live debt-free and can't imagine what this will do to my finances. Any help you can give is truly appreciated.
