I have partnered up with Human Appeal to raise money to restore the eye side of my beloved late father’s village. ( Daulatpur, Upazila: Bishwanath, District: Sylhet)

The project will reach at least 600 people to provide eye health services through

2 out-reach eye camps at Daulatpur Union of under Sylhet.

At least 300 selective needy patients will receive medicine for common eye

diseases and 200 refractive error selective needy patients will get ready power

spectacles and compound power spectacles for near vision correction and distance

vison correction.

100 Cataract surgical will perform at VARD Eye Hospital, Osamaninagar,

Sylhet. Day after surgery they will return their own home. Patients will get post-

operative medicine & black glass at free of during discharge from hospital.
