I'm reaching out with a heavy heart and a lot of humility. Due to a series of unexpected fines and fees imposed by the Japanese government, my entire military paycheck is now being withheld to cover the costs. This situation has left me unable to afford even basic personal expenses, and I'm now facing the very real possibility of jail time if I can't resolve the remaining balance soon.
