Hello. I am looking for help as soon as possible. I got a call this morning about a debt I had to take out 2 years ago for rent, and it has now come in the form of a lawsuit. I am disabled, so I am unable to physically work. The phone call told me that they’re suing for fraud since I didn’t pay it back. I was financially ignorant, and now it’s going to stick on my record forever if I do not pay it as soon as possible. I know that this isn’t any of your problems, but if you could help me, I will be eternally grateful.
