My name is Maram Faraj, I am from Gaza Strip. I was evacuated to Ireland in September 2025 to escape war and pursue my education.

My niece Jouri Faraj is stuck in Gaza, living with her step-mother and grandmother. She is without adequate food and hygiene, constantly hungry. Her father, my brother was detained by Israeli forces two and a half years ago without any charges and no one has heard from him since, leaving her without protection in a violent and chaotic time.

It breaks my heart to say this, but already she has been sexually assaulted, at only six years old. There is no law in Gaza right now and no way for women and children to keep safe. Jouri cannot go to school, play with her friends, or even live with hopes and dreams.

There is no real childhood in Gaza.

Please help me get her out. She has a great-aunt she can live with in Egypt. I am currently living in Ireland, but as soon as I can, I can be reunited with her. Because her own mother never raised her, I was like a mother to her until I got out of Gaza myself. I know I can provide her with the love and care she needs.

It will take 12000 Euros to safely get Jouri out of Gaza and into Egypt. Anything you can donate will be a huge help.
